I don't have a favourite fighter plane, but purely as an aircraft, with no greater context like it's intended role and and ease of manufacturing, I particularly admire the f-16, mig-25, mig-31, f-35, and some old fighter planes like the fw 190. Sadly I don't have a very good understanding of the underlying aerodynamics, electronics, chemistry, etc. that make the planes work, but I'm working on improving this.
