During that process some sparks are turned into so called lower life forms such as organic matter, bacteria, plants, animals, and so on, but the stronger the entrapment the bigger the prison the sparks will be locked in, that is to say, more complex and superior ones like humans or smarter animals are the ones who really got stuck in its cobwebs. This shit has been happening for so long now I don't know if the demiurge still "thinks" per se, it's more like a dormant being immersed in pleasure and unaware of the surroundings.
