The average baldie gets goaded into getting a transplant, thinking it's one-and-done. He ends up getting a mediocre hackjob, and then the rest of his hair continues falling out, and he has to decide to get another one, etc. You end up going into this sunk cost fallacy.
For anyone who's not rich, I'd say it's better to just accept who you are and deal with being bald. "JUST B URSELF :^)"
I don't agree with the whole "everyone who goes bald should shave their head" thing though. Plenty of people are bald but don't shave, and look good. Pic-related has a heavily receded hairline and a baldspot, but he still looks fine.
