B cup is basically perfect. Good shape, no sag, and the woman is likely to have a much better body. A cup is nice too if the girl isn't unhealthily skinny. The rest of the body should compliment the tits, you have to take in the whole picture, not just the chest. Larger tits typically mean higher BMI and while women do NEED some fat for the perfect shape, too much and she is in danger of losing out on that perfect ratio.
