i find i get my craziest and most depressed when i dont have a lot of work
personal projects dont count because you can put them off, the drive you get when you're beholden to a crew of some kind is very motivating and keeps you centered and grounded and focused and generally gud, even if you have emotionally bad or just plain unproductive days
