>>19385775Thanks. I was challenged by my then wife to stop or she'd take the kids and leave. When I stopped cold turkey, I literally didn't sleep for 3 straight days and literally lost 10 pounds of sweat. I had the time off from work because of the holidays, would not have done it otherwise.
Don't recommend cold turkey, I'd go back and do rehab,... looking back I could have died from literal deliriums and hallucinations, walking thru the house naked and confused and my fucking heart pounding out of my chest. No joke. Still ended up getting divorced a few years later, oh well. Better than being a EtOH slave.
