my sister has lots of equipement from pulse oximeter to blood preassure meassure for her cardiovascular aberations
they will become usefull if I progress my strenght training as I want to lower my bpm to around 40 and decrease my oxygen saturation during training so my body gets used to low O2 atmospbere for greater performance in regular O2 atmosphere
