>>21147972We all mentally prepare ourselves for it, we know when it's coming. The company is a small business and we are like a family. The owner is one of the nicest guys i've ever met and they take VERY good care of us. They buy us lunch every day which is nice, but by week 3 everyone is a little on edge. This is our 3rd run of ballots this year and the last one. I'm staying at this company for the rest of my life, and my 1 year anniversary is thursday. At that point I will be eligible to buy private stock in the company and plan to do so. The more stock you buy, the bigger your bonuses are and my bonuses are already sizable. It's the best company I've ever worked for. Health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k with an amazing company match, and I have family higher up in the company so I have nepotism working in my favor. Wish I would have made the move to work there earlier.
