I had homemade hummus and roasted peppers last night. I had kimchi and eggs this morning, I had anchovies, black beans, chickpeas, harricot beans with tuna and a ferment fish sauce for lunch. And I just made a nutella - roasted hazelnuts with cocao powder, rolled into balls and cooled down with a little salt because god bless chef.
Going to have chilli for dinner and then make a dark berry compote to throw on apple and greek yoghurt. Drank some locally roasted coffee, earl grey and my own made kombucha.
