>pic relatedNo, it's Dixie is not the Flag of the Army of Northern Virginia nor the flag of the Confederacy. The flag of the Confederacy looked too close to the union flag when a breeze wasn't blowing or from a distance (one had vertical stripes, the other horizontal, with the same field of stars)
