Any California bros here? Me and some friends are making a trip from California to Los Angeles and want to make it a sick road trip. There are three routes we can take, the first is:
>take highway 80
>take highway 580
>take highway 5 all the way down
>get to LA
I heard from trip advisor that this route sucks and is just desert and flat. This trip will be 5 hours
The second option is:
>take highway 1 to San Lupis
>highway 101 til it reconnects with highway 1
>continue on highway 1 til Las Crusces
>merge onto 101 until Oxnard blvd (highway 1)
>take highway 1 til highway 10
>stay on highway 10 until we reach highway 110
>merge onto highway 110 and take it until we get to highway 101
>end up in LA
This drive will take 10hours. I'm pretty shit with navigation so I hope I'm correct
Anyways pls lemme know if there's a better route to take. Also where are the most scenic spots, and if my navigation as stated above is correct.
Pretty excited for this trip. The drive is going to be awesome, hoping to capture some really cool pictures
