There was a surgeon who worked in a hospital where I lived when I was little. He had to do something with a patient's intestines I believe and his hand slipped. Then he claimed the patient had some other problem which he can't operate and long story short the guy died and the surgeon was fired. Though he was supposedly very good at his job once.
