My gym bro had a heart attack yesterday while we were lifting. This guys a meathead and slams 3-4 white monsters a day on top of copious amounts of preworkout while sleeping 5 hours a night at 27. He was going for a bench pr and just dropped the weight on himself and almost died. A nurse that was there had to do cpr chest compressions till ems arrived. I always told him to chill out. I prioritize 9 hours of sleep and no more than 300mg caffeine a day and dont lift retardedly heavy and never had a heart attack
