He was this determined to elicit the ultimate degree of devotion from his girlfriend but it backfired
And that's mah verdict. that it was his fault, for trying to get blood from a stone. Either he wanted too much from his girlfriend or else she was an emotional stone to begin with. and just ran out of emotional facade juice
