The saltiness of that shit in conjunction with the juicy medium patty and tangy sweetness of a sauce or a cheese is fucking legendary. Sadly it all hinges on liking something as pungent and powerful as blue cheese, it's not a very delicate. It is very overwhelming, just the way I like it.
Pour some strong hot sauce on for good measure if you're as retarded as I am.
