Not the Russians, not the Chinese, and certainly not the Pakistani's. Only American tin-can technology from the 1960's to 1970's were capable of bringing men to the moon. NASA claims they have lost the data to build another moon lander. I know, they make claims that each part was custom made and handed off to different groups, then assembled and launched into space. Either scientists of today are infinity stupider than the ones back in the 1950's to 1970's... (maybe the whole 'brain drain' incident was infarct real?) And modern scientists are just incapable of reverse engineering it all. Or, they can't reproduce another faked moon landing and make it look convincing for the masses. Though, there is also the possibility that the Moon has been long since colonized and "they" have been keeping it a secret? Or perhaps the moon is made of plasma, and it is not what we are told it is. But I guess it is up to public / private corporations now.
