The Hair alone would be hard to keep clean. Let alone untangled.
Then you have the eyes that will always get stuff in them. Along with the mouth.
They don't have to eat, so that's a plus. But there is going to have to be some kind of self cleaning system that will keep these open moving parts clean and lubricated.
I hate to say this, but they are going to need a monthly or weekly cleaning or checkup by a pro to keep them in this kind of good order.
The place where these dolls are going to make the most impact is in Retail modeling clothes and doing the customer greeting etc.
Stuff like that would really blast this tech off!
The TPE dolls of today look nice. But to get them into the mainstream? They are going to need some real tooling to make them softer, lighter, and above all, full function in the sex department.
