Because, thats what happened to me. Actually I found out later, but when i went to get the paper, after the fact something else that had happened used it too, or a couple of things and -maybe-. (krs 504.100). I was asked to sign a paper before this stuff happened, and I have asked to see a copy of it, and the lawyers, courts clerks, everybody, or nobody, will tell me that its required for them to have the important- FULL Guardianship case. They either straight up tell me its not required, the original lawyer and the clerks, or other lawyers have hung up on me. One told me that that was the paper I signed my rights away on but he told me he retired before we got takling about this, oh and he's not retired. Call him and se for yourself.
Because I signed and made edits to make it say Partial Guardianship.
Its important. Ive been found incompetent, after the fact and am denied health care everywhere I go I am being euthanized or theyre basically doing the wishes of their cult leader who gave me death threats for calling them out/ telling on them. Acting like you want to kill everyone around you near a 4 year old.
Ive been trying to find out the answer to this question for over a year, and everyone I call says let me call you back after I ask, then calls back and tries to change the subject.
