I was on the fence about this earlier today... Wondering if the Ukies shot at the Powerplant to blame Russia, or was it Russia taking out additional infrastructure. Since they were trying to protect the powerplant a few months ago from Ukie sabotage, i was thinking the Ukies were shooting at it again.
BUT
It does make sense that the Ukies put a Nookie there so the rad detectors wouldnt sound any alarms. Makes sense, and glad the Rooskies were watching the movements.
