If sleep wasn't a thing for a human to survive or go insane, we could've have done a lot more things rather laying in bed doing absolutely nothing. I do like sleeping because it makes me feel better. But the problem is that I don't think straight when I wake up right away. Sometimes sleep is good, sometimes sleep is bad. It really does depend on the individual.
