I've noticed some people who are able to fall asleep without any issue tend to be the normie type. They literally lie down and off they go to sleep. I can't understand how someone can fall asleep so easily, do people really lack constant barrages of thoughts and ideas that it allows them to simply drift off into slumber? Or do I just was some sort of disorder?
Mind you, I also work out, eat healthy, don't drink, etc. And still, it's almost impossible for me to get a normal night sleep
