as far as i can tell they do it for free out of the goodness of their hearts (or desire for twitter fame) which i appreciate, and they can do whatever they want with their accounts
however i also believe that this does not make them immune to criticism and uploading a large amount of previews and very few actual photos is VERY poor form and quite lazy
the fact that large accounts can do this and get away with it only encourages others to do the same because it gives the impression that people are happy with this format when they shouldn't be and/or aren't, so nobody ever gets better unless they have a desire to go above and beyond
