What of a difference is if you go from 14% body fat to 8% body fat? Is that a life changing improvement that will make you more happier and more noticed by others?
Does anyone care about your improved skill in arts, crafting, writing?
Do people care about your struggles to achieve certain goals/ mile stones?
What is an actual self improvement action that will make people be like "wow, I want to be friends with this guy. I want to fall in love with this guy, etc" ?
I tried every possible self improvement strategy, but in the end of the day I will just be sitting alone in a park on a sunny Sunday afternoon, staring at the payment and realizing how fucked in the head I am.
