Yes our women might not notice u physically but, once u utter a word of English or represent urself as a foreigner u will be quite amazed how suddenly friendly and interested they become. But I think that is a universal trait among the women almost everywhere for I had the same experience with women outside of my country probably because being a foreigner is the easiest context to get involved with them.
