Several thousands of years ago constellations appeared different, due to the cosmic expanse and galaxy movement. Galaxies and solar systems will continue to move over a slow period of time, and after 100,000 years there wont be any recognisable constellations in the night sky. The alignment in question might have been way off during the construction of the pyramids, and aligned only recently by a coincidence.
