I'd advice anyone who is struggling to read philosophy, psychology and get out of the hole you are in. But it's only an advice. Most of the time it will go to deaf ears as you need to motivate yourself to even start to consider these, and it's not easy because you think you know better, and that's true, at the situation you are in, you know what is better for yourself than anyone else.
Life is a form of meditation, you keep repeating things even when you suck at it and you keep getting better anyday.
You destroy and create everyday, both yourself and the things you want to happen. It might never happen, just focus on your task rather than the outcome. No one in life knows what they are doing or when they are going to die.
I'm not saying sex won't solve problems for you, it will actually not solve problems for you. Many are addicted to sex and pornography(including myself) and this dopamine rush will only make you keep making the mistakes over and over again, and push you to misery.
There's no absolutes, you cannot be a ultra good person, that would make you a God, you cannot be a ultra bad person either, that would make a Demon.
Accepting human nature is important, be it for men or women. Accepting men and women are different is important and not seeking validation ultimately will help you grow as a person.
