Why does my rice cooker (cheapest cooker I could find) burn the rice? It also spits out collagen water like crazy while boiling, even if I wash the rice 10 times. I try to adjust water and rice amounts but it does it no matter what, the cooked rice is decent but it's burnt at the bottom.
