>>15679886>i could hardly see in street and still feel uncomfortableOh, damn, get well soon. Maybe you should just lay down in bed for the day, try to take a nap? Don't put strain on your eyes by looking at a screen too much or anything, at the very least lay down with your phone on low brightness if you need to, I think that'd be reasonable?
>but I'm kinda scared.Fair enough, cause that does sound like a pretty scary decision. I've never had a surgery myself but I'm deathly afraid of it ever happening, so, I guess I know your feel on it.
But, you should consider that, there's that your eyesight could get even worse throughout your life if you don't get the treatment for it, even if you're okay with wearing glasses at the moment, maybe you'll regret it later? I'm guessing it's already really hard for you to see without them, but, it could get downright impossible at some point. It's a non-problem if you think you won't ever be bothered by having to wear glasses, but, I feel like it would definitely be nice for you if you could see the world and everything without having to look through them, it'd just be an increase in quality, you know? Things would feel really fresh, also. Maybe you can recall a time where you didn't need glasses? If you can't, doesn't that make you even more curious on how it'd be like?
I think you should try to build up some more confidence about the surgery itself, like, do remember that the chances of something actually going wrong is pretty low, maybe you can look for some reassurance on that, through asking people or researching a bit. They're obviously trained in what they do, have done it before, and won't just half-ass it or anything, it's a serious process. I'm sure that you'll get through it without any problems, if you go for it. So, it'd really be worth it in the end if you could get over your fear, but, I don't think you could be blamed for it if you wanna play it as safe as possible, that's okay too. Part 1.
