And we are not here to "produce models", we seek the truth based on observable, measurable, repeatable physics. And the true physical evidence points to a flat and stationary earth with a barrier (firmament) above.

I wanted to know what world I am even living in, I was not in favor of either one of these "models", I just wanted to know the truth. You seem like you don't want to know the true earth, you just want it to be a ball no matter what. That's childish and not scientific or honest. Bombarding me with questions doesn't do all that much. You will never have water surface curved, you will never have an air pressure system next to a vacuum, you will never see an earth curvature with your own eyes, no matter how high you go, because it doesn't exist.
