Her plan worked, and she retained her title against a dangerous opponent. But objectively, this was not a successful event for the Angels. Nikki failed to retain her title. Amy and Colby failed to win Warhorse's titles. And Nika failed to resolve the Miss USA problem.
So much failure. Priscilla sighs. But all is not lost. Ever since being fired, Sapphire has performed admirably on the independent scene. When she returns, things will change. She smiles. It's only a matter of time now before Sapphire realizes she was telling the truth about that WWA contract being left under her bed. She'll come back, and show the others how it's done.
But... after kidnapping Sapphire's father, Priscilla knows she will have some explaining to do. But perhaps Sapphire will understand. She's smart. She's ruthless. If the roles were reversed, she'd surely have done the same thing. Plus after filming those art projects in her early Divine Angels days, Sapphire would know better than perhaps anyone that Henry would be the first person to be brought to the dungeon against their will, then be allowed to leave unscathed.
Suddenly the night sky is lit up by the bright flash of an explosion. And unless Priscilla is mistaken, it seems to be coming from the direction of the Divine Mansion. Another attack? She shouts orders to her driver.
