Psychology isn't a science, so analysis of personality traits is largely arbitrary. When you recognize that personality trends are useful and yet not entirely scientific you stop thinking this test is bullshit. That companies that do M-B testing and assign jobs/tasks based upon results end up more productive and with a happier workplace.
