Since it's more accessible where I'm at, I play paintball. But it's essentially the same thing, plays much like an IRL ArmA/Insurgency and holy shit I never knew how much strain it places on your heart and lungs. It's all great fun but don't tell any girls that, or you'll be seen as a man child.
Speed balling is good for urban/closed quarters combat but holy shit in the woods it's god tier.
