I just don't like that. It's simply a roadblock to the real treat, which is inside the omelette, and having to deal with that outer texture is just a bother, in my opinion. If somebody finds it appealing, then, they're just weird, I don't know. Scrambled ones are just like getting straight into the good part of the omelette, without having to deal with that part on the outside. It ends up simply tasting better. So, yeah, I guess I could go on about it, but whatever, my point is that scrambled eggs are a straight upgrade over omelettes in every single way, therefore it's redundant for me to learn how to make omelettes.
Coming over to others, well, I can't think of many ways to cook an egg at the moment, actually. Sunny side up is boring and lame. Soft-boiled is disgusting. As is over easy, even worse, god, I can't believe that anybody eats that, egg whites are the worst thing to eat ever, I swear, eating egg whites is like eating the edible version of an egg shell, like, what are you even doing? And I hear the excuse getting thrown around, that egg whites are healthy or something and a source of protein, but, it's actually proven that yolks are far more nutritious than egg whites are. So, egg whites are total garbage and inferior to yolks in every single way possible, I've already went over this, and anyone who still thinks that egg whites are somehow better than yolks seriously just needs to be taught a lesson, anyway, not to tangent. Pretty much the only kind of egg that I have somewhat of an excuse to try to learn to make, is hard-boiled. Cause hard-boiled yolks are nice. But the thing is, I really don't wanna play around with boiling water, I'm scared of it, that's a nope for me. So, yeah, I'm pretty content with only being able to make scrambled eggs, I think.
