The social contract is broken and society is not designed in a way to allow lifelong bonding and forming stable families.
Maybe you should've/could've gone for older, more established men that wanted to start a family, but you shouldn't be expected to know how the entire dating market works from a young age. This is why arranged marriages used to be a thing, so you didn't waste your best years with the wrong person.
