In fact, the island should be only American and dutch people, aside from the natives, but they have a few towns in the south, and the north has more resorts really. They're also a really mullatoed stock and not negroed like most of the islands.
Don't go to the dominican republic for instance, lol. The Bahamas and Bermuda have the blackest niggers you'll ever see, too.
