I cant think of any organism that doesnt have water based cellular structure or is structured beyond anything we have on Earth.
Its easy to imagine for eg. fire alien, made of plasma or nuclear energy, but further from its apperiance you realy cant explain/imagine how would that thing work, or ``live``.
