There are many different makers, this is Wasa crispbread, available in a number of different grains/tastes/styles. It has an "official" shelf life of up to one year, but if you have good storage conditions (clean, dry, no bugs/mice, etc) I don't know if it ever goes bad. It's easier to eat, and much tastier than hardtack.
