China's economic growth has hinged on one principle, people moving from the low-productivity sector to the high-productivity-sector. China still has hundreds of millions of rural migrant workers in reserve to use in factories, while the US is forced to bring immigrants from abroad to work certain jobs.
It's a problem, albeit a long term one that China is fixing by outsourcing all manufacturing jobs to Africa.
