In my understanding god simply is the principle that came from Divinity and it is the plan and generator of this being and what is beyond and related to it. In my view god does not have a will but is simply an eternal principle that has order to it and that order acts and creates our universe. The forces in the mind, in the physical world, and the subtle ones in the unseen world (often represented as gods), are all aspects of that, and perhaps they are sentient as we are, but beyond those things is pure Divinity which is everything and nothing all at once. god in relation to us is order, but good and evil only exist in this material world, to god it is all the same, though god values honor, regardless of morality, that is to keep ones word to those who are good to us or that we have an obligation to. But I think one can be evil and still have honor, as one can be good and not, and vice versa.
