When you have real world experience it trumps a degree. Any certs I don't have I can get overnight.
OSHA-10, CPO, HVAC and many others are childs play for me.
I'm also a master electrician with no degree or license but over 2 decades of on the job experience.
Work experience trumps degree's in trade work.
