>>18062113you can call it a "scam" if you want but the alternative is people sitting in a cave and never advancing past throwing rocks, the essence of mankind is in the tales, mysteries, scams and games, things that you can never know, only believe in and you'll only believe it if it's fun, fact of the matter is that you can't avoid suffering, happiness is about how you deal with that suffering, different religions and people offer different tales and concepts that can make you deal with the suffering better but that's about it, abandoning all tales and mysteries won't erase your suffering, you'll just suffer without any of the copes
