This year I started walking 13.8km a day according to the google maps measure tool of my route (home->work->gym->home (not including the walking I do at my job which would easily bump it up to 20 but I can't measure)) and the weight fucking drops off (lost 9kg in a month without even trying) I don't even walk fast, I'm pretty slow actually but it's just constantly doing something
I also have a manual labour job and go to the gym 6 times a week though so idk, but upping your activity levels will be good regardless, people are too sedentary nowadays
