>>18870898Surprisingly Masala isn't screaming, or crying, or even pouting.
She's rubbing the enormous welt C.A.M.O.'s hand has left on her cheek and smiling.
Then she starts to laugh.
This isn't the haughty, arrogant laugh that so often escapes Masala's lips though, this is something entirely different.
It's a laugh that strikes Curry Girl as simultaneously sweet and disturbing.
As Masala's laughter grows more intense her skin becomes increasingly pale, her teeth become jagged, and her horns even more demonic.
For a moment she's the spitting image of her "father".
Then the laughter stops and Masala is once again her regular self, at least in physical appearance.
She exits the ring and makes her way to the back as if in a trance, not even bothering to acknowledge her mother.
Curry Girl frowns.
>*sigh* How much karma must I have amassed in a previous life to have been cursed with such a difficult child?>Surely I must've made a habit of kicking cows>Perhaps it's time to have a conversation with Zuni about our little girl
