The absolute best way though is to meet them through friends or family. If you want to meet random ones you'll need to have some type of hobby or hobbies involving the outdoors. Really though it's only a problem meeting women if you're not a gigachad. I've known guys who were gigachads and literally every place they go women are eyeing and hitting on them.
So if you're not a gigachad, you'll have to get creative. But, I see normal looking guys with normal looking girls on a regular basis; it's definitely possible even as uggo or average dude too, just more work.
