>>19862698what? all evolution is based on that concept. are you a creationist? sounds like the whole theory about individual kinds not changing fundamently but only getting reduced in genetic complexity, like christians sometimes argue that dogs are just wolves with less genes, evolution is, according to that view, allways a substractive process so the individuals kinds of creatures that god supposedly created immutable are not morphing into other fundamentally other kinds.
so wolves did not change into dogs but were merely degraded into canines, or so the thinking goes.
