Hey guys thought I would make a helpful advice thread where we can share what we have learned in this crazy hologram.
I got to be a fatso when I became an adult and the only diet I got to work was this one where you only eat between the hours of 12:30pm and 7:00pm. It takes a few days to adjust to it but you will lose weight and it's kind of a game you can play in your mind to keep those rules.
You should try to avoid eating sugar and learn to drink water or unsweetened tea or something but you can have soda and candy in moderation. After awhile you won't constantly want to be eating.
I know everyone is different but this worked for me.
