Because no one takes anti-anime posters serious and they don't really change how much anime is posted in this board, if anything they just encourage people to post more anime out of spite or just for fun.
Trying to define /bant/ by those posters is probably like trying to define /qa/ by the frogposters you mentioned, who are also unwelcome here.
