Blonde works better on girls. It can make normal girls look hot (only if it's natural though).
Blonde hair does fuck all on men. It only looks good when the guy is attractive to begin with.
Dark wavy hair is probably the most objectively attractive.
Kit Harington is a prime example. It's not all that great looking but his hairestics makes him one. If he was blonde he probably wouldn't even be on screen.
