It's why newfags should lurk for 2 years before posting, to learn that kind of thing. Your OP is a troll designed to provoke certain responses, and as such anons will respond. Many are so irritated with the constant shill threads like this one mimics that they have knee-jerk reactions against it.
It's good to point it out, but your conclusion that these are bots just because they are reacting to limited information isn't probably true. A better bot-detector is to have the OP image something handwritten with the text being the opposite, and real people (or at least non-retards) will respond appropriately while bots and morons go by the standard text.
