>>15885753That time was the thin veneer of ignorance about the world. Communicating with people in other parts of the world was novel and cool, as was "good will to all humanity".
We know infintely more right now, and it is also infinitely easier to lie, steal, cheat, and be an ass than it was back then. Philosophy won't catch up awhile yet, but when it does, it'll be communited in 4K HD with brilliant clarity for all generations henceforth. A lot of the kikery has ripped the blinders off of the world as it was, and made obsolete old systems of governance. The world will change, at least the US will change for the better.
We need a period of the rest of the world being in an effective dark age behind the blinding light of the US Republic, where the US doesn't care about the rest of the world, and the rest of the world doesn't give a fuck about the US. We've tried being an example and we're seeing the consequence of globalism be mercantilism causing urban cities to turn into genocidal killing fields murdering every countries demographics.
We are also witnessing the irony of being saved from ourselves by literal illegal aliens, as will be demonstrated later this year in midterms.
The world was simpler back then, and people were ignorant.
